My heart is a bird and it flys out through my songs. I sing my life into being and share my story with the world through this magical medium.
If I dont sing it I speak it! Spoken word is another one of my passions. An ancient art form fast becoming a growing movement around the world.
From ancient to contemparay India to Dancehall and Zumba the world is my dancefloor.
WOMENS WELLNESS
PRESENTATION SKILLS
I speak and facilitate addressing the issues of race, gender, female empowerment and diversity in a creative and insightful way.
I facilitate women's wellness workshops using my knowledge in yoga, dance poetry and arts therapy. I can also coach women to find their sparkle too.
Along with soul songstress Katt Beams we combine to create a transpersonal healing program to help people find their voices and get into their bodies.

I'm a FUN-Raiser and I can help bring any event to life. I love being on stage and helping the crowd to feel juiced up and activated.
Ee’da’s work is multi-faceted, diverse and unique. She is a musician, dancer, spokenword artist, arts educator, women's wellness coach, cross cultural consultant and is the Founder and Creative Director of a music and arts collective called
‘Sisters For Sisters’.
Her undeniable passion for people and culture has awarded her many opportunities to participate in shaping a vibrant and multicultural community.
She is here to help others find their voice, passion and sparkle and build a global village centred on diversity, creativity and compassion.
