"We call it creative activism - using music and arts to generate funds, educate, promote social change and gather community to co-create inspirational spaces. We know it's easy to feel overwhelmed at the many problems plaguing humanity, but we find creative ways to lift our spirits, to express ourselves, to collaborate and share our gifts, collectively shining our way towards a more just society, in Australia and around the world." 

 

As the founder and Creative Director I helped to create Sisters For Sisters' (SFS) with the vision for it to continually build bridges between cultural communities and the wider community, through presenting events which uplift and inspire the audience, whilst addressing a myriad of social issues faced predominantly by women, both locally and internationally. Our projects are underpinned by community development principles of inclusion, empowerment, self-determinationand partnership.
